My religious history can be divided into four periods:

1. My JW period (1992–2011)
2. My humanist period (2012–2014)
3. My Eastern philosophy period (2015–2017)
4. The rational period of my intellectual life (2017-
5. My jiyū shūkyō period (2023–)
