My daily routine
My daily objective is to nurture all My life areas but doing something for each. I assign each life area to a time block.

# Pre-desk (~7:00–8:30)
- Wake up.
- Feed my cats.
- Wash my face.
- Walk with Lea (if she is awake).
- Meditate.
- Weigh in.
- Drink two glasses of water.
# Uninterrupted morning block (~8:30–12:00)
# Rules
- Forest on my phone
- No social media and email
- Alone at my desk
- No meetings
- Work in 25 m/5 m pomodoros, sticking on one task
- No extended breaks (maintain momentum, not combat fatigue)
- Open Things and review a preplanned menu of projects and actions (prepared during the Weekly review). Dig into what seems most creatively exciting. Either move Projects or perform My daily note-writing practice.
# Routine
- Write 5MJ.
- Free write one to three pages on my Diary.
- Read one poem.
- Open and back up laptop.
- Write daily review report (See My daily review routine).
- Process at least two previous diary entries.
- Process yesterday’s Seeds.
- Process at least one note in My forest garden of the mind. Use Random Note if needed.
- Push changes in my forest garden to Github.
- Read at least one page on a book and take notes if necessary.
- Process previous day’s photos.
# Lunch Break (12:00–1:30)
- Have lunch while watching something.
- Wash the dishes.
- Brush my teeth.
- Feed the cats.
- Take a bath.
# Unstructured Time (~1:30–4:00)
- Continue note-writing if necessary.
- Continue working on projects, doing tasks, accomplishing administrative work, and taking meetings.
- Take a siesta when needed.
- Have merienda.
# Field work (4:00–7:00)
- I go out for a walk and perform My daily walking routine.
# Dinner (7:00–10:30)
- Eat dinner while watching something.
- Wash the dishes.
# Wind Down (10:30–11:00)
- Log expenses for Vince fund.
- Log expenses for Couple fund.
- Take two Vitamin C capsules.
- Take 1/2 sertraline tablet.
- Brush my teeth.
- Clean the cat litter.
- Take a bath.
- Do evening skin care.
- Floss.
- Meditate for 12 minutes.
- Sleep by 11:00 pm.
